Scholarships Benazir Bhutto University Overseas PhD 2014, Shaheed Benazirabad Scholarships 2014-2015
The SBBU, SBA invites applications for award of full Ph.D. scholarships (indigenous / overseas) under the project ‘development of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University’ Shaheed Benazirabad (sponsored by HEC) in the following areas:
2. Education 3. Physics
5. Zoology 6. Botany
8. English Language 9.Commerce 11. Mass Communication & Media Studies.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Masters degree with first division or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in the relevant field of study, 18 years of education will be preferred.
2. No 3rd division/D grade in the academic career will be allowed from HEC recognized University/institute. Only one 2nd division in the entire career will be allowed.
3. GRE/GAT with minimum 50% scores is must.
4. Maximum age should be 35 years. Age can be relaxed upto 40 years only for regular employees of the Public sector universities and R&D institutions.
5. Candidates already availing HEC, University or any other scholarship shall not be eligible.
How to Apply:
Benazirabad wef 13-02-2014 or the same can be downloaded from the website www.sbbusba.edu.pk and submitted alongwith demand draft/pay order of Rs. 1000/-in the name of Director Finance, SBBU, SBA as processing fee. The applications completed in all respects must reach the office of Registrar latest by March 10, 2014.
Selection Procedure:
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. NoTA/DA will be allowed. Visa arrangements will also be responsibility of the selected candidate.The University reserves the rights not to consider any application or withdraw from any area of study without giving any reason. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
