PML-N sources confirmed that Yousuf Ghurki held a meeting with the Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Shabaz and announced to join Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) along with his supporters. He also reposed full confidence in the leadership of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif and vowed to work to strengthen the party.
Welcoming Yousuf Ghurki to the party’s fold, the chief minister said that with this new development (PML-N) would gain benefit. He said PML-N is the only national party whose leadership has the ability to set the country on the path of progress and prosperity. Muhammed Yousaf Ghurki is father of PPP former lawmaker Farooq Yousuf Ghurki.
